In identifying the relevant studies, a search using key words such as “human-computer interaction”, “mobile learning”, “middle-aged adults”, “us- ability” was conducted. Accordingly, Boolean OR was used for alternative spellings, synonyms, or alternative terms, and Boolean AND was applied to connect the main terms. M-learning is a subset of ‘e-learning’ while ‘e-learning’ is the subset of distance learning that focuses on learning across context and learning with mobile devices, which can take place anytime, anywhere .
