Some collaboration tools, like mind maps, can be tricky to use, but they’re powerful and shouldn’t be overlooked. ClickUp also offers automations and integrations that connect the platform with other software. It offers excellent security features like two-factor authentication and SSO (single sign-on policies).

Teamwork includes all the tools you need to manage tasks, projects and teams. I’m never going to be a fan of user minimums or caps and Teamwork employs this across all of its plans. The free plan only allows up to five users, though that is generous, I’ll admit. To upgrade to the entry-level paid plan, you’re looking to spend nearly $30 per month for three users.

In my experience, I didn’t even have the option to contact support ; I was only given the option to request a call from sales. I get why Wrike would do this but in its help center, there’s a note that even trial users should have access to live chat support. Any time I tried to log in to my account to contact support, I got an error and reloading only sent me back to my Wrike dashboard.
